1. Who may use Zanfran AI

Zanfran AI is built for students following the NCERT curriculum. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of your use of the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

2. Study aid, not an authority

Answers are generated by Maximus AI and grounded in retrieved NCERT passages. They may still be incomplete or wrong.

Always verify anything you rely on for an exam against your textbook and your teacher. Zanfran AI is not liable for marks lost, admissions missed, or decisions made on the basis of a generated answer.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Zanfran AI to complete assessments where outside assistance is prohibited, to generate abusive or unlawful content, or to attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

Automated scraping of curriculum content or generated answers is not permitted.

4. Plans and payment

Selecting a plan during setup records your preference only; no payment is collected at that point and no card details are stored by us.

Where a paid plan is activated later, it renews monthly until cancelled, and cancelling stops future renewals while leaving access in place for the period already paid for.

5. Your content and data

Your questions, conversations, notes, flashcards and progress belong to you. We store them so your workspace works across devices, and we use them to personalise explanations, practice and revision for you.

We do not sell your data. You may delete saved items at any time, and requesting account deletion removes your study data.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis and features may change as the product develops.

Material changes to these terms will be surfaced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Zanfran AI after that means you accept the updated terms.

7. Ending your access

You can stop using Zanfran AI at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other students at risk.
